Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Nitya:

What personal transformation inspired you to create your Relationship Reset System?

My own healing journey was the biggest inspiration. A few years ago, I was in a relationship that constantly made me feel smaller, and for a long time, I convinced myself that I was simply overreacting or that this was something I had to accept.

Over time, I realized that what I was experiencing wasn’t just about the other person; it was the result of years of unhealed emotional patterns that were repeating in every relationship I had.

Once I committed to doing the inner work, everything began to change. The people around me didn’t necessarily change, but I did. That transformation inspired me to create the Sacred Relationship Reset, giving women a structured path toward healing instead of spending years trying to piece everything together on their own.

How do Ho’oponopono, Inner Child Healing, and Chakra work together to heal deep emotional wounds?

I see them as three interconnected layers of healing.

Ho’oponopono helps release the emotional charge and unresolved feelings that people often carry unconsciously. Inner Child Healing takes the work deeper by uncovering where those emotional patterns first began, often years before the current relationship challenges.

Chakra work brings the body into the healing process because true healing isn’t just intellectual; it has to be experienced emotionally and physically.

Together, these modalities help people move beyond simply understanding their patterns to actually releasing them.

What are the most common emotional patterns you see in people struggling with relationships?

The most common pattern is the belief of being either “too much” or “not enough.” Many people unknowingly shape their entire lives around these beliefs.

This often appears as people-pleasing, over-giving, suppressing personal needs, and living with an underlying fear of abandonment. Most of the women I work with have carried these emotional patterns for years without realizing how deeply they influence their present relationships.

How can someone recognize that unresolved emotional wounds are affecting their love life?

Certain signs appear repeatedly.

You may notice yourself experiencing the same conflicts with different partners, feeling intensely triggered by situations that seem relatively small, taking responsibility for everyone else’s emotions, or constantly sacrificing your own needs just to avoid conflict.

Many people tell themselves they’re simply “too sensitive,” when in reality they’ve been carrying unresolved emotional pain for far too long without ever having the opportunity to process it.

You often say, “Love feels safe again.” What does emotional safety in a relationship actually mean?

Emotional safety means your nervous system no longer feels like it’s constantly on alert around the person you love.

It’s being able to express your needs without fearing rejection or conflict. It’s feeling accepted exactly as you are, not as a smaller, quieter, or more convenient version of yourself.

Many people confuse anxiety with chemistry because emotional intensity is all they’ve ever known. Genuine emotional safety feels calmer, more peaceful, and for many people, surprisingly unfamiliar at first.

Can emotional trauma from past relationships really be healed? If yes, how?

Absolutely, but healing doesn’t happen overnight, nor can it be achieved through positive thinking alone.

Healing begins by identifying where the emotional pattern first originated, releasing the emotional charge that’s stored there, and allowing the nervous system to experience safety in a completely new way.

Everyone’s healing journey unfolds differently, so I never promise transformation within a fixed timeline. However, lasting change becomes possible when we stop waiting for the outside world to change and begin doing the inner work ourselves.

Can you share a client transformation that deeply impacted you?

Rather than one individual story, what continues to inspire me is the recurring transformation I witness across so many women.

Some arrive overwhelmed by anxiety, unable to understand why they’re constantly overthinking or unable to sleep. Others are struggling with repeated conflict in their marriages or with family members until they finally realize it’s not just one difficult relationship; it’s a deeper emotional pattern. Others have quietly given up on love because every relationship seems to end the same way.

The common thread is that many believe something is fundamentally wrong with them.

My work begins by helping them understand that they aren’t broken; they’ve simply been living in survival mode for so long that their nervous system has forgotten what safety feels like.

One client shared with me only a few days into her journey, “I feel calm for the first time in years.” Nothing in her external circumstances had changed, but internally she had stopped reacting from old emotional wounds.

Through the 21-Day Emotional Detox Experience, I consistently see women begin sleeping better, feeling less anxious, and showing up differently in their relationships, not because others changed, but because they finally released emotional burdens they were never meant to carry alone.

What’s the biggest misconception people have about healing and relationships?

The biggest misconception is believing that the problem always lies with the other person.

Most people initially seek ways to change or manage their partner. The real breakthrough comes when they recognize that relationships often reflect their own unresolved emotional patterns.

Another misconception is expecting healing to happen quickly. Genuine inner transformation requires patience, honesty, and a willingness to experience discomfort before lasting peace.

How is your coaching different from therapy or traditional relationship advice?

I have tremendous respect for therapy. In fact, therapy was the first place where I truly felt heard, and my coaching is not intended to replace professional mental health care, especially when someone requires clinical support.

Where my coaching differs is in its focus on structured inner-work modalities such as Ho’oponopono, Inner Child Healing, and energy work. Every client’s journey is personalized rather than following a generic program.

Most importantly, my goal isn’t to create long-term dependency. I want every client to leave with practical tools they can continue using independently throughout their lives.

If someone feels stuck, heartbroken, or emotionally exhausted, what’s the first step they should take toward healing?

The first step is to stop trying to understand or change the other person and instead become curious about your own emotional patterns.

Ask yourself what keeps repeating in your relationships not as a way of blaming yourself, but as an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply.

That simple shift from asking “What’s wrong with them?” to “What is this experience trying to teach me about myself?” is often where genuine healing begins.
